The value math

Your government charges $500 per company.
We charge $900 for hundreds.

The U.S. Commercial Service sets its fees by law at full cost recovery. As of July 2026, its International Partner Search costs $2,500 and returns up to five interested companies. That is the market's own benchmark for what buyer identification is worth.

Trade promotion agencies elsewhere confirm the same economics — JETRO takes about two months, KOTRA four to five weeks, and an Italian chamber in New York quotes 45 business days. Speed is not a detail here. It is the offer.

What makes the difference

Three things nobody else does

We filter out captive importers

A border assembly plant importing from its own parent company will never buy from you. We measure the difference and keep only genuine commercial buyers. In auto parts that filter removes 85% of the records other providers would sell you as leads.

The data is from this year

Operations through May 2026, with 47,328 importers active this year. Competing catalogues still ship 2016 and 2023 data at similar prices. An importer who moved last quarter is a different prospect from one who moved in 2019.

We show you who just started

4,289 companies began importing during 2026. A buyer who just entered the market is actively choosing a supplier right now — and no competitor sells that signal.

Industrial valves and taps imported into Mexico. Real companies, real volumes, pulled from the live base. The largest importer holds only 11% of the market, which means the field is genuinely open.

Buyer Monitor

A report tells you the market as it stands today. The monitor tells you what changed — and change is where the opening is. Every month we track three signals across your product codes:

1Who just started importing. A company that began buying your product this month is choosing a supplier right now. This is the warmest signal in trade data, and it only exists if someone is watching continuously.
2Who is buying more. Importers whose volume jumped are expanding capacity or losing patience with a current supplier.
3Who stopped. A buyer who went quiet just left someone. That is your opening, and nobody else will tell you it happened.

or $3,000 a year — two months free

Why this and not a database subscription: a platform hands you a search box and charges you to do the work. This arrives finished, filtered to commercial buyers, in your inbox.

At a typical three to five new buyers a month, each one costs you under $100 — against $500 per company at the U.S. Commercial Service.

Most exporters start with one Market Report to test a market, then move to Buyer Monitor once they know the territory is worth working.

FAQ

What exporters ask us

How do I find out who imports my product in Mexico?

Send us your HS code, or simply describe what you manufacture and we will map it to the right tariff codes. You get back the companies that actually imported it, ranked by volume, with business contact details — typically within 48 to 72 hours.

Where does the data come from?

Licensed customs operations data for Mexico and Argentina, combined with public company registries, sector authorisations and verified business contact sources. Every record carries its capture window so you know how current it is.

How current is it?

Mexico and Argentina operations run through May 2026 — roughly a two-month lag. 47,328 importers were active during 2026 and 4,289 began importing this year. We sell the company-to-product relationship, which moves slowly, rather than yesterday's single shipment.

Which countries do you cover?

Mexico with 65,147 confirmed importers and Argentina with 37,222, both searchable down to product code. Brazil with 50,296 confirmed importers at sector level — Brazilian customs law protects transaction-level detail, so Brazil is delivered as company and sector intelligence rather than by product code.

What is a captive importer, and why filter them?

Much of Latin America's import volume is intra-company: an assembly plant bringing in parts from its own parent abroad. Those companies will never buy from a new supplier, yet they dominate the volume rankings. We measure and exclude them, so you are not paying for prospects that cannot convert.

Is this compliant with data protection law?

Yes. We operate on a legitimate-interest business-to-business basis with opt-out, aligned to Mexico's LFPDPPP, Brazil's LGPD and Argentina's Law 25.326. We deliver company intelligence and corporate contact points — never a bulk dump of personal data.

Can I see something before I pay?

Yes, and you should. Tell us your product and we will send a free sample of real importers from your own category, so you can judge the quality before spending anything.
